I was praying today and I feel the Lord gave me a revelation about NBO (New Beginnings Outreach).  This is not your normal, everyday church. Not a "social gathering" place, bible Club or anything of that nature.  We must stop expecting normal, everyday church administration and reaction to the administration.  We need to be comfortable in our own skin (in the way God made us and for what He has made us to do).  NBO is more like M.A.S.H. unit very close to the front lines of battle field in the war with Satan.  Therefore we cannot operate like a normal, everyday church.  When our people, like medics, bring the wounded and dying in, the Holy Spirit directs the Triage Unit to separate the sick and the wounded by degrees of injury and illness.


Many times even people from other churches will bring by those in critical need of Spiritual help and drop them at our door, other times these people just walk inside our doors and collapse.
Our Emergency and Operating room is in the Sanctuary, and the Holy Spirit does all the surgery.  We may assist from time to time, but He is the Chief Surgeon.  We have been mostly an Emergency Room or Urgent care Facility over the years; saving victims' immediate Spiritual lives, treating their wounds and then many of them went on their way, but now it's going to be different.


Additions to our Spiritual Medical Facility are already in progress.  God has the plan and with Jesus as the Chief Architect and the Holy Spirit as the General Contractor, we have gladly joined in the building process, we call it: "The NBO Spiritual Treatment Center of Heaven on Earth".


Because most of our medical ministers are made up of former patients, we have been enabled by the Lord with the compassion and the experience to follow the Holy Spirit's leading in treatment of these souls, examples of these ministries are as follows:


The Loaves 'n Fishes Food Bank stands ready to aid those families in dire straights with Blessing Boxes of food and hygiene products.


The NBO "IBW" (It Beats Walkin') Transportation Program where we make reliable vehicles available to those who do not have the resources to acquire such a vehicle.


We also have a transportation program to bring children and seniors into the NOB STCHOE.  Captain Jill flies the NBO Cares4Children bus though the busy streets of our city gathering the children from foster care homes and dysfunctional family units, and brings them into the Childcare's Wing of our Center for special love treatments.


The Lord is tell us He is doing a new thing in NOB and that we should strengthen our stakes and lengthen our cords, for He is going to enlarge us spiritually.  It is time to build on some new Wings (I love that word when it comes to Spiritual Care) to our ER and Urgent Care Ministry.  We'll have a larger Spiritual Intensive Care Unit, more regular hospital beds (Recovery Ministries) and other Rehabilitation Wings used in treatment of conditions such as Spiritual Cancers, Alzheimer's, Stroke, Amputation, Blindness, Deaf and Speech impaired.  Every type of Spiritual Disability, Brain Disorders as well as rare blood conditions, diseases and addictions will be treated by Jesus, Our Chief Healing Physician and His Holy Spirit Chief Surgeon until each person's Deliverance is complete.


Our God is the best Hospital Administrator you will ever have.  He supplies all our needs, no budget crunch here!  The Lord has and will direct us to provide services (ministries) that will not only stabilize those in need of critical Spiritual attention, but will provide us a place of complete healing through therapeutic rehabilitation by the Anointing of the Holy Spirit and washing of the water by the Word.


We do not provide just Spiritual Medical attention, but we also fight the good fight of Faith.  Our Spiritual Medics, as well as our other Spiritual Soldiers in the NBO Prayer Army of God, are involved in Spiritual Warfare with principalities, power of authorities in the heavenly sphere.  We have several different types of prayer groups including Worship Prayer Warfare (Thursday PM), Intercessory Prayer Warfare (Tuesday PM) and Prayer Partnership (individuals praying over specific needs for our ministry, church body, community on Wednesday PM).


Yes God is doing a new thing in NBO and we are so excited to be a part of His workmanship.  Can you say "AMEN"?  Remember Jesus is Awesome!!
