Topic: Communion
1 Corinthians 11:23-26
23 For I received from the Lord that which I also delivered to you: that the Lord Jesus on the same night in which He was betrayed took bread; 24 and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, “Take, eat; this is My body which is broken for you; do this in remembrance of Me.” 25 In the same manner He also took the cup after supper, saying,“This cup is the new covenant in My blood. This do, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me.”

26 For as often as you eat this bread and drink this
cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death till He comes.
Communion is like
reacting what was done on the cross.
When we take communion we are honoring Him.

1 Corinthians 11:26-30
27 Therefore whoever eats this bread or drinks this cup
of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of the body and blood of
the Lord. 28 But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of the
bread and drink of the cup. 29 For he who eats and drinks in an
unworthy manner eats and drinks judgment to himself, not discerning the
Lord’s body.30 For this reason many are weak and sick among
you, and many sleep.
Don’t take communion
just as the action, take it to honor Him.
There’s protection in the blood.
Take communion with a whole heart.

11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and
by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.
Believe it’s the blood
and body that will heal and protect you.
Love God with EVERYTHING you have.

47 Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me has
everlasting life. 48 I am the bread of life. 49 Your
fathers ate the manna in the wilderness, and are dead. 50 This is the
bread which comes down from heaven, that one may eat of it and not die. 51 I
am the living bread which came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread,
he will live forever; and the bread that I shall give is My flesh, which I
shall give for the life of the world.”
52 The Jews therefore quarreled among themselves,
saying, “How can this Man give us His flesh to eat?”
Anyone who eats this
bread will have everlasting life!
His body will make us whole, by faith.
God made it where food is what cursed the land, and through His Son, the Lamb of God, we are saved!
It’s where your heart is.
